Mechanical drive of drying cylinders of paper-making machine
专利摘要:
A roll drive for a machine of the type used in connection with the manufacture of paper. The roll which is to be driven has an end situated at a plane which is normal to the roll axis, and at the latter plane there is a supporting structure which supports the roll for rotation about its axis. Closely adjacent to this plane is a planetary gear transmission having an output and an input. The latter output is connected by way of a suitable transmission structure to the end of the roll for driving the latter with the output of the planetary gear transmission, while a rotary drive is connected to the input of the planetary gear transmission for driving the roll through the latter transmission and structure connected between the planetary gear transmission and the end of the roll. 公开号:SU791262A3 申请号:SU762347504 申请日:1976-04-23 公开日:1980-12-23 发明作者:Матикайнен Мартти;Оваска Юхани 申请人:Валмет Ой (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
one This invention relates to mechanical drives for drying or pressing cylinders of a papermaking or cellulose machine. The drive of the drying cylinders of a paper-making machine is known, comprising a motor connected by means of a horizontal shaft and a gear transmission to the shaft of the drying cylinder. Here, the press cylinder 10 is driven by a long hinge shaft connected to the cylinder and connected to a conventional reduction gear II. The disadvantage of this drive mechanism is the lack of reliability in operation due to the fact that it has a long and heavy intermediate shaft, which is subject to vibrations and requires drying protective measures. In addition, being a low-speed shaft, this shaft requires making its calculations for a higher torque. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the mechanical operation of the drying cylinders. This goal is achieved by the fact that the mechanical drive of the drying cylinders of a paper machine contains an engine linked by the horizontal shaft and gear drive with the shaft of the drying cylinder; and the gear gear is made planetary and has a casing of noise absorbing material located on the bearing housings of the shaft of the drying cylinder, the planetary carrier being connected to the shaft of the drying cylinder, and the axis of the sun gear is kinematically connected to the horizontal shaft. FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a mechanical drive of the press rolls of a paper machine, top view in FIG. 2 - mechanical lead, side view; in fig. 3 shows the drive of the drying cylinders of the paper machine for a group of cylinders of the drying part of the machine, the section in FIG. 4 - planetary transmission of the drive of drying cylinders, for one cylinder, section; in fig. 5 shows section A-A in FIG. four. The mechanical drive of the press rolls consists of drive motors 1, which, by their shafts 2, actuate a permanently connected shaft 3 through an angular transmission, taken into the protective casing 4, the shaft being called, in turn, connected an angular transmission with a permanently connected shaft 5 in the planetary gear 6. The planetary gear b, driving the press shaft 7 of the paper machine in accordance with FIGS. 1 and 2, rests directly on the console of the bearing 8 of the shaft 9 of the press shafts 7, the supporting surface of the console bearing 8 is equipped with a pillow 10, respectively, the foundations of drive motors 1 are equipped with pillows 11. FIG. 4 and 5 given a variant of the planetary gear, the corresponding work with a single drying cylinder. In this planetary gear, a permanently connected shaft 5 is held by bearings 12 in a sleeve 13 at the other end of the carrier 14 of a planetary gear 6. The shaft 5 is provided with a seal 15. The shaft 5 is connected via gears and a gear bushing 16 with a shaft of a concentric sun gear 17 of a planetary gear. The sun gear 17 drives the drive gears 18 in a certain way, held by the bearings 19 on the shaft 20 on the carrier support 14. The gear rings of the gear wheel 18 engage with the internal gear teeth 21 of the gear wheels 22 so that the shaft 9 is driven through the driver 14. Symmetrically positioned the drive gears 18 are placed in the channels 23 in the carrier 14. The carrier 14 comprises devices 24 between channels 23 connecting the gears with a named end tube 13 in which the permanently connected shaft 5 is held by bearings. The outer toothed rim of the gear 22 in the planetary gear 6 is rigidly connected by gear toothed 25 to the toothed bushing 26, which, in turn, is fixedly mounted on the wheel 27. The wheel 27 is in turn connected to the bearing console 8 of the shaft 9 of the drying cylinder. The bearing 28 of the shaft 9 of the cylinder rests on the said console of the bearing 8, as shown in FIG. 4 and 5. The supporting part of the carrier 14 is provided with a sleeve, so that it is fixedly mounted on the shaft 9 of the cylinder. The planetary gear 6 is housed in a protective casing 29. The end 30 of the protective casing 29 is provided with a seal 15. The walls of the casing 29 can be covered with the most noise-absorbing material generated by gear. FIG. 3 shows another type of planetary gearing in which the plug-in gear 6 drives, in effect, a gear wheel 31 on a shaft 9 of the 1st wheel, a cylinder through shaft 32 and a gear wheel 33 placed on it. Gear wheel 33, in turn, drives a gear a wheel on the shaft of the next drying cylinder, and so on, so that the entire group of drying cylinders is driven by shaft 32 and a planetary gear 6. This planetary The S gear is similar to the planetary gear described above, except that its casing 29 is mounted on the body of the papermaking machine Q using a special flange joint 34. In a modification, on FIG. 3, the planetary gear 6 forms a separate power transmission so that the other end of the casing 29 is connected to the sleeve 35, in which the bearing 36 is mounted, the sleeve on the driven shaft 32 of the support carrier 14 and the planetary gear being held, in turn, by the named bearings. The shaft 32 is supported by a bearing 37 on a bearing console 6 of a drying cylinder of a paper machine.
